I work from an integrative approach with people going through emotional distress, adaptation difficulties, relational problems, stress, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem difficulties, or complex life processes.

Handling and managing telephone calls in an immediate psychological crisis assistance service, offering active listening, emotional containment, and appropriate referral to psychological services. Conducting structured clinical telephone interviews to assess support needs, emotional distress, and possible referrals for ongoing care. Shift supervision, coordinating and supporting the team of telephone agents in handling callers and ensuring the quality and consistency of interventions. Training agents in therapeutic communication skills and managing high emotional demand situations. Ensuring compliance with the service's clinical and ethical protocols, promoting confidentiality, respect, and adequate support for people in crisis.

A 13-year period in which I held various positions within the People area: HR Business Partner, Training, Development and Talent, and management and direction of projects in the area, always working for the development and well-being of the company's people in national and international positions.
