From this, I derive precisely the right methods and formats for the next meeting.

Through my moderation, the knowledge carriers and solution finders can concentrate on their core competencies and collaborate focusedly. My neutrality and objectivity also enable me to identify hindering interpersonal dynamics and thus initiate their resolution.

Through my system understanding, I can then work with the participants to develop needs-based, cause-related, holistic solution approaches for these interpersonal or systemic challenges based on the shared experiences.
