My main role at Explora Project was focused on enhancing the customer experience and improving internal team productivity. Product Collaborating with another Product Manager and the dev team, we continuously iterated, designed, and implemented changes to key pages of the Explora Project. Our goal was to enhance the overall customer experience and increase conversion rates. By identifying and prioritizing opportunities, we actively contributed to the growth of the business. Additionally, we worked closely with internal teams to address their pain points and incorporated valuable insights from customer feedback. Delivery I helped structure the development processes to foster an Agile environment. This involved organizing the backlog, writing clear specifications, creating efficient workflows, and providing support to other teams. Test To ensure the reliability of basic features, I implemented automated testing using the No Code tool "Continuous Testing" from Datadog. Prior to each release, I conducted thorough tests to ensure the developments met requirements. Data I took charge of extracting crucial data from our no code tools and SQL Database to inform strategic and product decisions. Using Looker (Datastudio) and Google Analytics, I developed new dashboards, empowering the team to better monitor activities and make data-driven decisions. No Code I held the primary responsibility for managing and maintaining all No Code tools. This involved maintaining data and automations, optimizing data quality, and building new automations using platforms like Airtable, Notion, Typeform, and Zapier. Moreover, I leveraged Google Apps Script to automate workflows and streamline document creation. Finally, I used Webflow to create some initial Landing Pages. This approach allowed us to efficiently build and test new key pages, enabling us to gather valuable insights before integrating them into the main website, if tests were successful.

Working alongside the Product, Design, and Development team, we built and launch the new FCM digital platform in September 2021.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers, identify needs and define the initial roadmap

- Define key features and ensure their completion with the team (using Agile methods ShapeUp) During the last 10 months, my main focus was on developing a new service that facilitates the sharing and management of FCM bookings via API for internal and external stakeholders. With a hands-on approach, I built and managed the roadmap, assisted in prioritization efforts, conducted data analysis, and worked closely with the development team to ensure successful delivery.
