Strategic Advisor | Fundraising, Corporate Development & Growth Strategy | Former VC Partner & ex-Morgan Stanley

I help founders and leadership teams navigate inflection points — from fundraising and strategic partnerships to business model evolution and international expansion.

With over a decade of experience across venture capital and investment banking, I bring both the investor’s lens and the operator’s pragmatism. As a former Partner at Target Global (€3bn AUM), I led multi-million growth investments across SaaS and consumer businesses, sat on 7 boards as a non-executive director, and supported portfolio founders through scaling, M&A and exits (I have 2 $200m+ exits under my belt). My companies ranged from $2m-$200m+ in rvenues. Before that, I began my career at Morgan Stanley in M&A, where I advised on several sell side mandates, buy-side mandates and IPOs.

Today, I work with CEOs, founders and investors to:

- Structure and articulate compelling fundraising stories (Seed → Series C)

- Develop actionable growth and market-entry strategies

- Develop realistic business plans based on real unit economics, ideal customer profiles and sales cycles

- Build corporate development and M&A pipelines

- Prepare companies for investor readiness and board communication

- Do a strategic portfolio review to prioritise active resources management
