End-to-end accountability for the global delivery, operations and continuous improvement of Kering's OMS platform (Manhattan). Leadership of a 6-person cross-functional team (internal FTEs) and direct management of the partnership with Manhattan Associates and key vendors. Oversight of the entire OMS lifecycle: design, build, QA, deployment, and RUN support. Budget and vendor management including PR/GR, PO validation, invoicing, and financial tracking. Strategic alignment between Retail, IT, Brands and Operations to ensure business-driven system evolution. Definition and prioritization of the OMS roadmap, supporting all omnichannel flows (Ship-from-Store, Click & Collect, Returns, Split Shipments).

Global accountability for development, deployment, and operations of Kering's Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across regions. Management of 5 internal FTEs and coordination of regional vendor teams and system integrators. Oversight of project and vendor budgets (~€1 M) and end-to-end delivery lifecycle (build, deployment, hypercare). Contribution to strategic IT logistics roadmap, aligning group, brand, and operations requirements. Governance of project planning, resourcing, and post go-live support models to ensure stability and scalability.

Responsible for leading product strategy, cross-functional team coordination and delivery of digital platform enhancements in a high-demand B2C tech environment.

• Led end-to-end feature delivery lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, development, QA, release
