WHAT USES? ---
Whether you are a company wishing to raise awareness/train its employees or clients, or a training organization currently offering in-person training, distance learning can be an interesting solution.
Here are the main types of distance learning:
- E-learning: this is the most common format. The learner is free to start their training whenever they wish.
- MOOC: the main difference with e-learning is that the learner is given a work pace, with training sessions. Each week, a new module is released.
- Blended learning (in-person and distance): in-person classroom modules are combined with distance modules.
