As a perspectivist for the KLC Environnement group, I participated in the enhancement of numerous business park and tertiary zone projects in the Île-de-France region. My role consisted of designing and producing photorealistic 3D images as well as detailed mass plans to present projects attractively and professionally, for both marketing and digital communication.

Within KLC Environnement, I developed visuals adapted to various communication media: sales brochures, presentation files, websites, and professional platforms. These realistic renderings helped investors, clients, and local authorities better envision future developments, thus facilitating project promotion and buy-in.

I worked on diverse projects covering several business sectors in Île-de-France: business parks, logistics zones, office complexes, and mixed-use spaces. My work involved enhancing each project by respecting its architectural identity and environment, while meeting the group's commercial and marketing objectives.
