• Advanced administration and management of a critical technical environment based on infra solutions (VMware vSphere), storage, backup and network

• Development of complete infrastructure mappings (network, systems, security), and documentary formalization: operating procedures, technical repositories, existing architectures.

• Completion of study and build phases for infrastructure evolution projects: redesigns, network segmentation, application integration, etc.

• Daily operation and maintenance in operational condition (MCO) of all IT infrastructures on the site.

• Technical supervision of a team of engineers with a Tech Lead role, guaranteeing the quality of deliverables and good practices.

• Reinforced support during event periods (matches, concerts) to ensure uninterrupted service continuity and rapid intervention in the event of a critical incident.

• Complete integration of virtualized infrastructures: hypervisors, SAN/vSAN storage, backup and replication solutions.

• Guarantee of the availability and maintenance in operational condition of VMware and Cloud platforms (vCloud Director).

• Administration of Cloud environments, Windows/Linux systems, and backup and replication policies.

• Supervision of hybrid platforms (On-Premise and Cloud), proactive incident management (health-check, alerting).

• Level 2 and 3 technical support: analysis of complex incidents, resolution of anomalies and support for client teams.

• Steering of update campaigns (software/hardware) and support for changes (migration, scale-out, etc.).

• Production of project deliverables: operating procedures, technical guides, HLD/LLD documents.

• Writing of test recipes (VABF/VSR) for validation of deliverables in production.

• Onboarding and production of VMware infrastructures within the Network Operations Department

• Deployment of VMs, configuration of virtualized environments, Cisco UCS/HP servers and storage Development of integration plans, and integration into supervision tools

• writing of technical recipes (VSR), procedures and DAT's (Technical Architecture Document)

• Skills transfer to RUN teams.

• Technical interface with project teams, suppliers and integrators.
