Over the past year, I've worked on two complementary front-end applications within the same group: an employee platform and its administration dashboard. Both were built from scratch and currently cover about thirty business domains each (bank cards, reimbursements, chat, calendar, employee and dependent management, gift campaigns, surveys, e-commerce, video conferencing…).

Technically, both projects share the same foundation: React 19, strict TypeScript, Vite, and a feature-based architecture to remain maintainable at scale. I used TanStack Query for server caching, React Hook Form + Zod for validation, Pusher for real-time, Sentry for monitoring, and Vitest + MSW for automated feature testing. Conventions were collectively designed from the start (ESLint, pre-commit hooks) to keep the project healthy and conducive to collaboration.

I also contributed to creating a design system from scratch (visual identity, components, multi-brand theming) built on Shadcn and Tailwind, which is now used by several applications in the group. On the employee platform, I was committed to making the application accessible to everyone, not just digital natives. Dark mode, responsive drag-and-drop, accessibility: every choice was made to ensure a smooth experience for all user profiles.

At Konbini, an influential online media outlet for 18-30 year olds with a strong social media presence and innovative video formats, I contributed to two web projects.

The most significant part of my mission was the from-scratch creation of the multiplayer mode for the browser game "MyNameIs".

With a backend developer and a lead developer, we developed a multiplayer mode playable by up to 6 users simultaneously with a public/private room system using React.js, Node.js, React-Spring, xState, and Vite.

I was also tasked with developing interactive features on the website (NextJs), specifically on the video pages.

Within a small team in a full Stack JS environment (Next / Prisma / Mongo), my tasks were diverse, including improving user experience, fixing bugs, developing the application, optimizing performance, and creating a toolbox to facilitate developers' work.

In an agile environment, I was involved in implementing and ensuring the smooth operation of several craftsmanship principles while actively participating in agile ceremonies.
