🔍 Client Need
Create an innovation seminar for 30 managers identified as group talents. Allow participants to engage with a strategic topic, become familiar with the use of Generative AI, and experience a challenging and learning collective experience through an innovation competition.

🎯 Mission Accomplished
- Engineering and instructional design of the seminar to define intentions, objectives, mechanics, and their translation into operational support.
- Creation of digital tools for using Generative AI throughout the seminar: guide, prompts, dedicated AI assistant.
- Facilitation of the 2-day seminar to support teams in experiencing an innovation process and designing their strategy deployment project.

Artefact, an innovation consulting firm, was looking for an English-speaking facilitator to support several project teams throughout the 3-day seminar, enabling them to implement and experience a Design Thinking process and present their concept to a jury.

🎯 Mission Accomplished
- Facilitation of the 2-day seminar to support 2 teams in experiencing an innovation process to address their challenges with a solution based on Generative AI.
- Support for teams in using Generative AI in the innovation process: needs analysis; augmented creativity, prototyping, and pitch preparation.

- Facilitation of the 2024 edition with 2 teams of 10 participants
- Support for the winning team of the hackathon
