I delivered the first two n8n IT automation workflows to Groupe Crystal's IT Department to free the team from repetitive tickets on the Microsoft ecosystem.

Context
The IT Department manually managed employee arrivals and departures on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, leading to numerous repetitive tickets and delays between AD, Entra ID, and Intune.

Implementation
Employee onboarding workflow: automatic account creation upon receiving a Freshservice ticket, cloud/hybrid routing based on the company
Simultaneous Active Directory + Entra ID creation with the same UPN to avoid AAD Connect delays, then group assignment
Employee offboarding workflow: hardware recovery via Intune, email management with a 3-month reminder, permanent account deletion
Delivery of the test matrix and complete documentation
Training for the IT Department team on n8n autonomy

For Valiuz, the Mulliez Group's data agency, I built a custom commercial ERP to onboard its 50 employees onto a single tool adapted for retail media.

Context
HubSpot only covered the pipeline, Sellsy operated in a silo for billing, and retail media fees were processed manually.
