The position of animator for the "Lire et faire lire" (Read and Make Read) mission within the Udaf (Departmental Union of Family Associations) of Charente consists of implementing actions to promote and mediate reading among children, in collaboration with the association's volunteers. This mission, which aims to promote access to reading and develop a taste for reading among young people, involves several key responsibilities: contributing to the supervision and animation of reading workshops, coordinating volunteers through recruitment and training, monitoring volunteers, and maintaining relationships with host structures. Volunteer monitoring is primarily done by maintaining a database.
