Context: Implementation of a park of 30 robots to automate production monitoring tasks, reduce costs, and save storage space in the Risk, Finance, and Transverse areas.

Production Monitoring:

- Manage incidents (analysis and Level 1, Level 2 treatment, Level 3 assignment if needed, prioritization according to SLAs, communication on service impact, testing, and documentation updates).

- Monitor and maintain the service provided by robots according to the production plan.

- Prepare production periods for monthly and quarterly closings (regression testing, configuration, trigger definition).

- Analyze logs.

- Coordinate exchanges between the client and Level 3 team.

- Create and track problems.

- Manage configuration on different orchestrator tenants.

- Write and maintain operating procedures.

- Configure and schedule robot processes according to business priorities.

- Create necessary requests for the continuity of robot operations.

- Produce quarterly KPIs.

Project Management:

- Support the robot migration project to the Cloud.

- Analyze the impact of change requests.

- Propose design scenarios for new robots.

- Organize workshops to clarify needs.

- Perform performance and robustness testing of robots.

- Specify and maintain the repository of technical and functional requirements.

- Validate Level 3 deliverables.

- Manage testing (Write test strategy, specify and execute system tests, performance and robustness tests, manage anomalies).

- Support the client during VSR (Validation, Support, and Resolution).

- Manage authorizations for service accounts and personal accounts of our team and Level 3 team.
