I am a Transition CEO specializing in business turnaround and development, with 3 long-term interim management assignments already completed. One was as CEO for a turnaround mission, and two were in project management for innovative industrial projects.

My service offering is based on:

• my experience as a business leader (4 companies, including 2 as a shareholder and board member) with revenues up to €30 million,

• and my specific expertise in managing innovation & industrialization projects with commercial launch (CAPEX €100 million).

In Business Leadership

Notably, as an employee, I managed and turned around a subsidiary of the VEOLIA group with 100 employees in the chemical sector, tripling revenue and returning to profitability within 5 years. I also turned around KERWOOD, a very small business in the construction sector with a B2C offering, as an interim manager, tripling revenue and returning to profitability in 30 months.

I have also managed two startups:

• Profiltra, where I was the majority shareholder and president,

• TMW as an employee director,

• both in the field of industrial equipment and turnkey lines for applications in water, food processing, and biotech.

I have also managed several innovative plant design/construction projects with CAPEX up to €100 million in various sectors (hazardous materials chemistry, waste, agri-food processing, insect farming) for clients such as VEOLIA, GDE, CEA, ANDRA, THALES, DGA, and insect startups INVERS and LCI.

I have been self-employed since 2013, including 3 interim management assignments since 2016.
