The company is a startup that wants to digitize the connection between professionals.

The goal of the mission is to create a native mobile application for connecting professionals, creating contracts, and processing payments.

The aim is to test the application quickly. Our criteria were therefore speed to market, scalability, and ease of application management by the client. This is why we opted for a mix of technologies: Code and NoCode.

The MVP is complete and in the final testing phase before its release on the app stores in September 2023. The landing page (created on Webflow) will be published at the same time.

The company is a film and animation production agency. It has a large team of production managers, editors, directors, photographers… who needed a custom software for managing projects, production teams, and equipment.

The main criterion: visualizing projects and each stage over time.

The goal of the mission: to design a scalable software that the team can modify as needed based on the specificities of each project.

The client wanted to maintain full control of their tool: to be able to modify it easily, add/edit fields, quickly create new features…

We therefore chose to work on Airtable. A robust tool with a quick learning curve, capable of meeting all the company's criteria.

Production managers can create projects from templates. They can then assign their teams and ensure that the schedules of different films in production do not overlap.

Each stage includes a checklist to track daily progress.

They can also track client stage approvals and payments made.

Film production requires a large number of external service providers. The tool therefore includes a database of these providers, their skills, location, etc., to contact them directly from the application if needed on a shoot. The company can also oversee service provider remuneration from its dashboard.

The company is an agency that organizes corporate events for large groups to unite and retain their teams.

The company handles 50 to 100 assignments per month and manages 74 service providers who are assigned to events based on their availability, skills, and location.

The goal of the mission was to create a web and mobile application to manage scheduling and resources from the office or during travel to all events. The essential constraints to consider were the simplicity of the interface and the speed of application availability, which guided the choice towards NoCode tools.

600 services were provided by the agency in the first 3 months after the application's creation.

Business volume increased by 205% (compared to the same period the previous year) thanks to the time savings the tool provided to the company.
