Digitalizing and automating Nokia’s Finance & Operations Core Business Processes using SAP S4/HANA, integrating existing ecosystem tools and introducing Order Orchestration, Product Master Data reference system (PMD), and ngCPQ.
Successfully aligned E2E Change Management Plans for Operations and Finance with an effective implementation for ~1,200 Finance users in Release 1, including preparations for Release 2 go-live in Nov. 2024

* 2019 - 2022: Finance Core (SAP S/4HANA):
Building and implementing a unified financial platform for Nokia with SAP S/4HANA on Google Cloud, enabling legal entity consolidation and process harmonization.
Successful Change Management design and implementation for ~2,500 users across Pilot countries (2021) and Headquarters (2022).

* 2019: Digitax (Tax & Statutory Compliance transition):
Transitioned Tax & Statutory Compliance activities to an external Service provider including transfer of related employees. Successfully trained ~2,000 users across 120+ countries for a seamless operational shift in 2019.

* 2017 - 2019: Leading Nokia Global Internal Controls
Overseeing Nokia's Global SOX Controls Catalogue across all financial cycles, ensuring consistent implementation across every entity and functional group. Planning of Annual Testing of controls, developing remediation plans to address any identified deficiencies. Acted as the primary liaison with internal and external auditors for all SOX-related matters.
Successfully integrated the Alcatel Controls Environment into a unified Nokia Catalogue.

* 2014-2017: Management Reporting (SAP BI & SAP R/3):
Ensured organizational readiness through Communication, Training, and Stakeholder Management. Oversaw ~200 Business Representatives, Change Agents, Key Users, and trainers across all Markets & Units. Trained 7,000+ users in SAP BI and ERP concepts; onboarded 1,600 users for seamless integration.

Ensuring reporting quality improvements through effective Internal Controls. Audit planning and execution for Customer Operations including liaising with internal and external auditors on unit related Internal Controls issues.

Successfully implemented an updated Revenue & Receivables Controls catalogue with no major findings from external auditors. Promoted to Head of Customer Operations Finance Internal Controls.
