I designed and facilitated an agile ways of working workshop for Travelodge's Change and Operations team, helping them become internal champions of agile delivery across the organisation.

The Challenge:

The team faced typical enterprise challenges - traditional ways of working because "we have always done it this way", managing competing stakeholder priorities and not enough resources to deliver, driving the need for greater delivery agility in their ways of working. They needed to learn more about practical agile principles that would work within Travelodge's culture.

My Approach:

Rather than delivering standard agile training, I created a bespoke workshop experience that combined agile education with collaborative problem-solving using design thinking methodology. The session began with identifying their specific pain points, followed by a learning session on agile ways of working, and finished with the team designing their own test and learn pilots to relieve pain points and apply new ways of working. To drive sustainable change, I included team commitment exercises that created both individual accountability and collective ownership.

The Outcome:

The team left with both the knowledge and confidence to champion agile ways of working throughout their projects at Travelodge. As they designed a solution that worked in their context, they felt energised and equipped with practical tools and actions to take forward.

• Portfolio Lead for Colleague Data and Analytics, Cost Delivery and Productivity, managing the investment portfolio for our transformation to realise the bank's strategic objectives

• Provide oversight and governance for transformation programmes

• Ensure investments are identified and prioritised so value is provided to the bank and customers as early as possible

• Partner with department leads to ensure an accurate pipeline view of investment and backlog

• Ensure the portfolio is resourced, scaling up or winding down in line with priorities

Program Manager in the Global Consulting Program Execution Services (PES) team. My role is managing the execution of multiple corporate strategy initiatives for EY's c-suite Partners.

- Design thinking workshops: Facilitator and designer for highly collaborative, energising and inspiring design thinking experiences to help cross discipline Global and Regional leaders align on objectives and create solutions. I have facilitated multiple workshops on strategy, innovation and transformation business challenges including technology, operational excellence, project planning, change implementation, product development, go-to-market approach, and regulations EY Foundation Business Coach: A business coach in the EY Foundation Accelerate program, coaching the CEO of a start-up social enterprise on their strategy and growth potential e.g. further expansion, annual planning, purpose etc. Previous projects:

- Legal project manager for an EMEIA internal legal entity project which mitigated risks and impacts of a no deal Brexit to EY;

- Project manager for the RFP process to divest an internal support function comprising of 1,000+ people;

- Change lead for a Talent and Finance program, aiming to enhance how our client servers deliver our services utilising contingent workers, technology and global delivery centres.

- Outside of my project work, I developed and launched an incubator process to support innovation in the PES team, with the aim of disrupting how we deliver our services and create new solutions to our internal clients.
