Description:

In the course of the transformation to software-centered vehicle development, I stabilized the collaboration of three development teams in the Agile Release Train PAONE (17 teams) and strengthened their self-organization. Furthermore, I coached the Release Train Engineer (RTE), addressed governance gaps at the ART level, and promoted a shared understanding of leadership.

In the course of the agile transformation of a treasury system, I was commissioned to analyze existing Scrum processes, identify maturity hurdles, and initiate concrete improvements. The goal was to sustainably stabilize agile working methods and increase the delivery capability of the teams.
