As a language tutor (facilitator) I have guided many students to improve language proficiency and conversational confidence through engaging lessons. Design and deliver customized Italian courses (A1-C2) for individuals and groups. Create engaging activities, assess students' skills, track progress and fill the gaps. Plan and organize events (cultural, linguistic) to enrich the learning experience.

I joined, as a language data analyst. diverse AI training projects where precision, consistency, and adherence to guidelines were key. Fluent in English and Spanish, I adapt easily to multilingual workflows. Main experiences: Content creation and review, data analysis, localization, and translation. I served one year as rater for a major shipping company, ensuring billing and shipment accuracy. Since 2022, I've been recovering the SME role, training and mentoring a team of linguists, planning improvements and conducting QA audits.

The experience as IT help desk operator contributed to enhance both my technical knowledge and communication skills. My daily duties are: Provide user assistance via phone, chat and email, resolve IT issues remotely, document cases in the ticketing system. Level 2 and trainer in 2017.
