I come from a software development background and have always stayed close to the code — whether guiding automation efforts or shaping systems-thinking around testing.

• Tooling and automation: Developed automation scripts and templates to collect and visualize GitLab metrics via Python and Google Sheets, improving transparency for planning and reporting.
• Governance and tech team organization: Supported leadership in tech team restructuring, accountability, capacity planning, and visibility, including GitLab label cleanup, Milestones definitions and improved workflow documentation.
