Full transformation mandate - agentic AI roadmap, business case validated by Deputy CEO & Prototype presented to the CFO and Purchasing Director.

• Defines the scope of cost optimization through AI for Finance (quarterly process execution) and Procurement (RFP and Contract Management).

• Executes stakeholder interviews (Finance, Procurement, IT) - E2E mapping of Opex, Budget, RFP, Contract Management processes - FTE sizing per process.

• Identifies and prioritizes high ROI AI use cases (Opex, headcount, procurement) - solutions benchmark, RFI, build vs buy.

• Constructs the complete Business Case: ROI, TCO, implementation costs, financial modeling by scenarios (base, conservative, stress-test) - €326K/year savings in the medium scenario.

• Designs the agentic AI roadmap, governance model, and implementation plan.

• Manages two senior consultants for the duration of the mandate.
