Participation in the preparation of commercial documents, professional French-Italian and Italian-French translation, organization of professional meetings, trade shows, and B2B events, as well as administrative support for companies in their market entry processes.

Export Sales Assistant – AVIMPIANTI SNC

Coordination of export operations, monitoring of commercial and customs documents (invoices, delivery notes, formalities), and verification of incoterms (EXW / FCA). Coordination of goods collection with client transporters and administrative management of shipments.

Preparation of commercial offers, participation in negotiation follow-up, development and maintenance of relationships with international clients and suppliers. Search for partners abroad, competitive intelligence, and market opportunity analysis.

Monitoring of administrative procedures, contract management, compliance with standards, and intercultural adaptation in an international B2B environment.
