I currently work as a UX Expert at Elia, leading the user experience strategy for EPIC, the central digital portal serving Elia's B2B customers (suppliers, producers, industrial consumers, aggregators…). Objective: Improve the accessibility, clarity, and efficiency of user journeys on a *User-centered approach:

• Conduct user research (interviews, card sorting, usability testing) to inform design decisions.

• Restructure the information architecture to support intuitive navigation.

• Design UX flows adapted to complex contexts involving multiple user profiles and critical energy data.

• Service digitalization:

• Identify and prioritize digital services based on user value and business impact.

• Collaborate with product owners, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between UX, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.

As the founder of UX’s Consulting, I help companies design and optimize human-centered digital experiences that create real value for users and the business.

I specialize in UX research, strategy, and service design, working across sectors like energy, software, public services, and B2B platforms.

I support organizations in complex digital transformations, from UX audits and customer journey mapping to user research programs and digital product roadmaps.

I also help companies prepare for AI integration, by aligning data, UX and service architecture to ensure smooth and meaningful adoption.

I have successfully led a variety of UX/UI projects encompassing website development, B2B portals, and application design. In close collaboration with clients and stakeholders, I conducted workshops to define requirements, establish architecture, and determine design components. Using tools like Figma, I created wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts to bring these projects to life. I also performed thorough UX analysis and research to ensure optimal user experiences. Through collaborative workshops and user testing, I iterated on designs, implementing necessary improvements. As a result, I delivered phased roadmaps, prioritized features, and provided insightful recommendations to drive digital transformation project to success.
