As part of a mission in high-end hospitality, I act as an operational and strategic HR referent, with a field presence and a direct support role to management. I manage all HR aspects, including multi-department recruitment (reception, F&B, housekeeping, wellness), structuring processes (onboarding, planning, internal procedures), as well as social compliance in line with sector requirements (CP302, social inspections, work regulations). I also support management teams in work organization, performance management, and resolution of sensitive situations. My intervention aims to professionalize HR practices, secure legal obligations, and support the operational excellence expected in a 5-star environment.

Administrative, human resources, and financial support, implementation of company procedures and structures, business management, recruitment and selection of executive and non-executive profiles (employees and workers), compliance of HR documents (contracts, ROI, collective bargaining agreements,...), HR advice for business leaders, implementation of HR processes (onboarding and offboarding, work regulations, evaluations, training, development, personnel expense budget and forecast elaboration,...)

Definition and implementation of HR strategy aligned with company objectives. Complete management of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to departure, including training and development. Supervision of payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor regulations. Advice and support to managers on HR and talent management issues. Implementation of projects to improve corporate culture and employee well-being. Conducting HR audits and proposing recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness. Challenge: HR management of six companies, three under 32bis, transfer from SAP to SME software.
