I built a dataset centralizing several thousand points of sale, then automated the consolidation and reprocessing of country files via Power Query to feed a multi-page Power BI dashboard covering retail distribution, sell-out, field staff productivity, headcount, and retail design. Automating file processing replaced recurring manual reprocessing with each update.
