Design System Lead & Product Designer at La Française des Jeux, I worked on the ParionsSport products (Web & App) with a dual objective: improving user journeys and structuring the foundations of a design system.

Over a 9-month period, I conducted over 50 user tests to identify key friction points, particularly in payment processes and understanding different bet types (singles, multiples, combinations).
