Structuring and driving the phases of training, UAT, cutover, and hypercare support

Establishing post-go-live governance: change request committee, process for enhancements, and regional master data ownership

Team Management and Leadership: supervising and leading a multidisciplinary team (4-12 employees + contractors) ensuring alignment of individual and collective objectives with the organization's strategic priorities. Complex Project Management: Overseeing the migration from SAP ECC 6 to SAP S/4HANA in a hybrid (on-cloud) environment. Managing the complete redesign of billing processes, integrating BI solutions (Power BI) to optimize transparency and financial indicators. Process Optimization: Developing project management and change management methodologies adapted to a multi-site environment. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinating between business, financial, and technical teams to ensure project success while respecting deadlines and budget. Financial IT Expertise: Strong command of SAP tools (FI, CO, SD, MM) and Microsoft Azure solutions (Data Factory, Power BI).
