As part of a scaling project for a startup with strong local roots, I led the recruitment and complete structuring of a development team based in Senegal from France. This mission covered the entire cycle: defining profiles, conducting remote technical interviews, and integrating the selected talents. Beyond recruitment, I designed and implemented the team's organizational architecture - role distribution, agile rituals, asynchronous collaboration tools - to ensure effective coordination despite the distance. I also developed a progressive skills development plan, combining technical support, targeted training sessions, and responsibility transfer, with the goal of empowering the team sustainably. Special attention was paid to operational resilience: process documentation, reduction of individual dependencies, and implementation of practices promoting service continuity. This setup allowed the startup to have a local, autonomous, and scalable tech team capable of meeting the needs of the Senegalese market while pursuing a controlled growth trajectory.

As part of a confidential mission, I was urgently requested to support a CTO in a critical strategic decision related to infrastructure migration. Facing strong time constraints and significant technical challenges, my role was to quickly analyze the situation, challenge the proposed options, and formulate clear recommendations to inform the decision-making process. This senior consulting intervention provided a structuring external perspective at a pivotal moment, where clarity and speed of analysis were paramount.
