FDJ entrusted Polyconseil with the design and development of its Nirio application, a new payment service from the group. It is in this context that I came to strengthen the technical teams of Polyconseil from the beginning of the adventure, in July 2022. In the first phase of MVP (July -> December), I mainly worked on authentication, the user onboarding workflow, the synchronization of points of sale with the FDJ group's IS, and end-to-end tests with the mobile application. Since January, my mission has been extended to the first phase of run, which consists of welcoming the first users, managing the first anomaly reports, and developing the features missing from the final functional scope.

Implementation of expected evolutions and integration of a new subsidiary

Through the Ecat project, Carrier offers me the opportunity to once again take technical responsibility for a project from design to production. On this application, most of the data comes from a calculation engine created by a team in the US. All of the functional rules come from a factory in Spain, the application is integrated into a more global framework developed in India, and the development team is in Lyon. This project has a very pronounced business aspect (thermodynamics) and therefore involves many international players. Beyond the technical challenge, this experience requires permanent orchestration of the various players in a 100% English-speaking environment.
