Alexis Benoit

After obtaining my degree, I was hired by Gepix to continue my assignments, while adding the development of new features, functional, load, and non-regression testing, writing technical and commercial documentation, as well as technological watch. Gradually, I acquired skills in database administration, Low-Code development, and intern training. I also deepened my client relationships by learning to retain them. I had the opportunity to train several users on our tools, both in French and English.

Since 2023, I have added to my responsibilities, writing specifications with the client that meet their needs and budgets. I am also in charge of a small team of 3 people whom I must train and supervise. I had to learn to prioritize the needs of different clients, manage schedules, as well as trust and delegate tasks. I am also responsible for developing new web applications.

For my final year of study, I decided to pursue a Professional Bachelor's degree in WEB Development through a work-study program within the company GEPIX. After an initial phase of internal training, my tasks were to handle improvement requests from clients on existing developments while keeping our documentation up to date. Gradually, I learned to resolve client issues reactively and to communicate with them, including in English.
