Migration, improvement, and maintenance of components necessary for Payment & Fraud Detection.

The project is divided into 3 parts:

- Migration of current components (responsible for interactions between PSPs and front/back-office applications), initially composed of AWS services (Lambda, RDS, SSM, API Gateway, SQS), to a modernized NestJs architecture allowing for better scalability and multi-cloud integration.

- Update of old components and new apps for the integration of new payment methods and new workflows.

- Application maintenance, production support, and daily log review for bug detection.

On the technical side:

- Design and deployment of Kafka APIs and micro-services in TypeScript to ensure data exchange fluidity.

- Design Authority: supervision of final code reviews, ensuring high standards and good integration.

- Collaboration with SREs to build the infrastructure for migrated applications and ensure resilience and performance optimization.

- Implementation of CI/CD pipelines via Gitlab CI, automating tests and deployments.

- Performance monitoring and incident management with NewRelic and Grafana.

Waterspeed was designed with the mission to help practitioners get the most enjoyment and potential out of their water sports sessions.

We help our users understand how to improve their performance by tracking and analyzing session statistics such as speed, heart rate, and distance covered.

- Improvement and addition of features to Waterspeed's Web application (React.JS).

- Creation of a serverless backend (Node.JS) based on GCloud (GCP).

- Integration of external APIs.

RideXP is a web & mobile app for wind, wave, and weather forecasting dedicated to water sports such as surfing, kitesurfing, and windsurfing.

Retrieval of forecasts from different weather models and making this data available through a web and mobile app (iOS / Android).
