Applying rigorous Program Management (PPM) governance, Alexandre led the remediation initiative through the following strategic and tactical phases:
- Comprehensive Audit: Conducted an exhaustive inventory, identifying and consolidating data on more than 100 uncontrolled tools.
- Risk-Based Prioritization: Designed a recovery roadmap by evaluating tool criticality—specifically categorizing them as GMP-critical, Business-critical, or Organizationally critical—to secure arbitration and validate the program's direction.
- Operational Execution: Managed dedicated IT resources to execute the recovery projects, overseeing User Requirements Specification (URS) validation, development monitoring, and release follow-up.
