Betclic is one of the European leaders in sports betting and online casino.

The service is massively used in France, Italy, Poland, and Portugal, with high traffic, frequent deployments, and strong technical requirements related to the online gambling domain.

I am involved in the commercial web app betclic.com as well as Atlas, the internal backoffice used to manage, schedule, and control casino marketing campaigns.

📌 PROJECT OBJECTIVE

- Allow users to navigate the casino/sports offering, deposit, withdraw, and bet smoothly

- Provide a reliable interface for marketing to create, configure, and deploy marketing campaigns across multiple markets (FR/IT/PL/PT)

- Manage the influx of content: free bets, bonuses, cashback, progressive jackpots, tournaments, casino missions

- Track campaign performance & user response

- Ensure the speed and stability of the experience, even during peak traffic (Champions League match nights & other major sporting events)

🔥 ACHIEVEMENTS

- Progressive migration of the Angular front-end from v18 to v20 without product disruption

- Evolution of casino pages & integration of new marketing campaigns

- Modernized CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions instead of Jenkins (tests + build + releases accelerated from 45min to 12min)

- Monitoring via Datadog (APM, logs, Web Vitals)

- Strengthened testing strategy with Jest + regular code reviews

- Setup of test environments on AWS with Terraform/Terragrunt

- Coordination with marketing, backend & product teams for fast and clean delivery

ADMR offers a wide range of personal services for all needs, comprising 94,000 employees and 78,000 volunteers who, every day, assist the elderly, sick, or disabled, as well as families and children.

To manage this significant responsibility, ADMR relies on a suite of applications that it develops, administers, and implements within its various associations.

The project I'm working on organizes home care visits and impacts millions of people benefiting from various services.

The goal of my mission is to manage the transition from the existing legacy tool to a modern Angular version.

📌 PROJECT OBJECTIVE

- Provide a modern web interface for scheduling home care visits for users of the various services provided by associations using ADMR tools.

- Allow visualization of user and caregiver schedules

- Report alerts related to HR constraints

- Track user care plans and caregiver contracts.

- Multiple and diverse PDF generations

🔥 ACHIEVEMENTS

- Technical supervision of a team of up to 12 people (including 9 developers)

- Assistance with feature scoping and technical recommendations.

- Assistance with mockups to prioritize user experience.

- Responsibility for incoming code through code reviews.

- Technical expertise and feature development (caching, state management, websocket connections)

- Implementation of a Design System in ADMR's branding with PrimeNG components

- Deployments and incorporation of user feedback

Within the "PreSales" team, part of the "BlueWeb" project, developing on wwws.airfrance.fr and www.klm.nl, the commercial websites allowing individuals to book flights.

Project with high economic stakes (18 million unique visitors per week) and evolving in an international context (twinned with Dutch KLM teams), comprising an Angular web application, a Node.js GraphQL project, and a portal containing the UX library.

Develop new interfaces that entice users to book a flight to a new destination. The Travel Guide was developed with this in mind and offers three different pages accessible here:
