Régie Ligne d’Azur is a public transport company aiming to ensure the mobility of residents in Nice and the Côte d’Azur metropolitan area. The company serves several thousand daily users and employs several hundred staff members.

I joined the HR team as a freelance HRIS Project Manager to support the implementation and optimization of the Cegid PeopleNet (formerly Meta4) tool. The team consisted of HR managers, payroll administrators, and technical referents.

As an HRIS Project Manager, my responsibilities included:

- Technical and functional support for the Cegid PeopleNet tool

- User training and support on HR/payroll modules and processes

- Conducting a post-project audit to analyze discrepancies between expressed needs and the deployed solution

- Developing and executing technical queries for the HR/payroll team

I contributed to the following developments: improved tool mastery by HR/payroll users, identification of post-project discrepancies to guide corrective action plans, and optimization of technical queries for better data monitoring and control.

Arc is an industrial company specializing in the production and distribution of tableware, aiming to offer innovative and accessible glassware products. The group has several thousand employees and serves millions of customers worldwide.

I joined the HRIS team as a freelance HRIS Project Manager to lead the deployment of the Horoquartz V6 solution and ensure a successful production cutover. The project team included IT Directors, HRIS experts, payroll administrators, and consultants from the Horoquartz editor.

As an HRIS Project Manager, my responsibilities included:

- Leading and coordinating between HR, HRIS, IT teams, and the editor

- Preparing the cutover plan and executing the production launch of HQ V6

- Post-production monitoring and resolution of critical issues

- Supporting change management between V3 and V6

I contributed to the following developments: secured V3 → V6 cutover for all users, reduced operational risks during production launch, and improved adoption of new features by HR and payroll teams.

360Learning is a company specializing in collaborative digital learning solutions, aiming to help organizations accelerate learning by leveraging collective intelligence. The company supports over 1,700 international clients, and millions of learners use its platform.

I joined the project and TMA teams as a freelance HRIS Project Manager to lead strategic client deployments and oversee platform evolutions. The project team included project managers, technical experts, integrators, and client-side business stakeholders (HR, training, IT).

As an HRIS Project Manager, my responsibilities included:

- Leading the RATP project in conjunction with Training Orchestra, including setting up the 360Learning/TO connector

- Preparing and facilitating technical and functional workshops (HR SFTP connectors, SSO, specific configurations)

- Implementing the solution for Econocom and Inn Collection (UK)

- Developing and deploying external interfaces (Allshare, Qlik, Zest, Uptale, Workato, 360L API, Harvard, HRIS queries)

- International deployment of Sephora learners (Europe, Middle East, Asia, America) as part of Maison Sephora (60,000 employees)

- Organizing and facilitating progress meetings in English

- Impact analysis and technical support for Run topics (TMA LVMH Global)

- Developing specific reports (SQL) and evolutions via 360L API

I contributed to the following developments: successful production launch of strategic connectors (RATP, Sephora), integration of thousands of learners internationally, automation of data flows via API and SFTP, and improved operational monitoring through SQL reports and regular progress meetings.
