Building from scratch a no-code SaaS platform enabling industry players to easily create and operate their own data collection, transformation, and utilization applications.

Technically, the application consists of several React front-ends and a Fastify GraphQL API powered by a MongoDB database.

My roles on the project:

- Participation in setting up the project's agile organization

- Definition and implementation of the application architecture and execution architecture.

- Setting up the application's CI/CD pipeline and deployment on Azure

- Assistance in recruiting technical profiles.

Lead developer at MesDocteurs

The platform project involves refactoring and merging existing applications on a JavaScript stack (Angular front-end and NestJS back-end).

The application offers the following features:

- Appointment scheduling

- Doctor's agenda management

- Access to the patient's shared medical record

- Teleconsultation (chat, audio, video)

- Prescription writing

- Medication delivery

- ...

My roles on the project:

- Developing features in Angular and NestJS

- Taking over the project and defining the stabilization strategy for the application before production deployment

- Defining the release strategy in conjunction with the product team

- Technical leadership of a team of 10 people

As a Freelancer, I primarily work with clients who wish to refactor their application(s).

- Consulting and leading the refactoring of the existing solution (a large Java/Spring monolithic application) towards a React / Next.js and Spring Boot / GraphQL base.
