I worked as a freelance DevOps consultant, assisting various clients with cloud infrastructure, automation, and observability issues.

I notably carried out missions for LECPAC Consulting and Qaligraf.

As a freelance DevOps engineer, I was responsible for:

- Migrating cloud infrastructures from Amazon Web Services to 3DS OUTSCALE

- Deploying and configuring a monitoring stack (Grafana, Loki, Alloy, Prometheus, Node Exporter)

- Developing a Python tool for automating documentation from configuration files and Terraform code

- Creating infrastructure as code with Terraform on Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Microsoft Azure, for educational purposes (secure and intentionally vulnerable environments)

- Setting up CI/CD pipelines for dynamic macOS runner deployment

- Developing monitoring dashboards

EchOpen is a medtech company aiming to make clinical ultrasound accessible to all healthcare professionals and become a key player in improving population health. Founded in 2020, the company has hundreds of clients, about thirty employees, and notably won the Galien Prize 2025.

I joined the Cloud team as lead DevOps. The team included a backend developer, a frontend developer, and two DevOps engineers. My responsibilities were:

- Defining the cloud roadmap and implementing Agile rituals.

- Managing the DevOps teams.

- Administering a Kubernetes platform on OVH with GitOps (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, GitLab).

- Managing AWS cloud infrastructures for the AI team.

- Implementing a monitoring infrastructure (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).

- Securing the platform by adding a proxy and a firewall (PfSense).

- Administering CI/CD pipelines on GitLab and GitHub for the cloud, mobile, and AI teams.

- Developing a FinOps tool in Python.

I contributed to the following developments:

- Increased reliability and industrialization of cloud infrastructures.

- Improved system observability and monitoring.

- Enhanced platform security.

- Optimized cloud costs through the development of a FinOps tool.

As a DevOps engineer, I was responsible for:

- Maintaining and ensuring the reliability of a Kubernetes platform on OVH.

- Maintaining a deployment operator using Ansible and GitHub Actions.

- Implementing a new deployment procedure via ArgoCD and Helm (GitOps approach).

- Writing automated tests in Python for APIs and mobile applications.

- Writing Ansible playbooks for automating infrastructure tasks.

- Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions.

- Setting up infrastructure as code via Terraform for AWS and OVH.

- Integrating an ultrasound training application developed by an IT consulting firm.

I contributed to the following developments:

- Improved the reliability and resilience of the Kubernetes platform.

- Standardized and automated deployments using a GitOps approach.

- Enhanced software quality through test automation.

- Industrialized infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code.
