With a scientific background (biotech engineer, PhD in immunogenetics, national oenologist diploma), writing has been the common thread of my activity as a writer and journalist with two specialties: science & health, and travel, gastronomy & wine.
On the science, innovation, health & biotech side: Since 2001, I have worked with research institutes, pharmaceutical laboratories and startups, bioclusters and foundations on scientific watch and writing missions, popularization, as well as coordination and facilitation of conferences in the health, biotechnology and nutrition sectors. I also collaborate as a science journalist for various professional or general public newspapers (from my first article on human genome sequencing in 2000 to my latest on gene therapy for cancers).
On the travel, gastronomy, wine side: I write as an independent journalist and writer specializing in travel, gastronomy, and wine. Short or long trips, portraits of chefs and winemakers, discoveries of destinations, charming hotels and memorable vintages, city trips, nature hikes or walks in the vineyards are some of my usual (but fascinating) topics published in various print and online media. I am also regularly asked to write files and press releases for various wine regions and appellations.
