I support corporations and public organizations with complex IT and digitalization projects – especially where business, IT, management, and external software development need to be brought together cleanly.

My focus areas include IT project management, business analysis, requirements engineering, agile/hybrid project management, process design, stakeholder management, and the introduction of new software solutions. I am particularly strong in regulated environments: energy, public sector, healthcare, transport/logistics, telecommunications, and industry.

I take responsibility from the initial requirements gathering through workshops, specifications, roadmaps, Jira/Confluence or Azure DevOps tracking, to handover to PMO, operations, or internal project teams. Current project experience includes AI-supported business processes, SAP-related digitalization projects, greenfield software development, E2E process design, and IT portfolio management.

What sets me apart: I bridge management, business, and IT language – and turn unclear requirements into controllable, decision-ready, and implementable projects.

For Österreichische Post AG, I supported the greenfield new development of the OPAL software system for customer business processing in post offices. As a Business Analyst and Requirements Engineer, I gathered and structured legacy processes, formulated business and AI-supported requirements, and coordinated them with the business department, IT, management, and an external US software developer. Focus areas included clear requirements, solution design validation, Azure DevOps tracking, and support for testing, bug fixing, business decision-making, and handover to implementation.

For the Austrian Health Insurance (ÖGK), I supported the development and implementation of an AI-supported accounts payable system integrated with the existing SAP system. In technical project management, I was responsible for requirements gathering, workshop moderation, coordination with business departments and software development, and agile project coordination in Jira and Confluence. The project was successfully completed on time and within budget; the project team received the e-Award 2025.
