I provide UAT support, WMS/WCS integration consultancy, and go-live support for logistics and automation projects, working with both system integrators and end customers during the most critical phases of delivery.

I have supported large-scale UAT and go-live programs, assisting customers in the management, prioritisation, and resolution of over 1,000 defects across WMS and WCS platforms. My focus is on minimising operational impact, maintaining delivery momentum, and ensuring issues are triaged and resolved in a structured, business-driven way.

I work closely with technical teams, suppliers, and operations to rapidly identify root causes, coordinate fixes, and keep testing and go-live activities on track. I am comfortable operating in high-pressure environments and can support projects onsite or remotely, including international travel when required.

I use tools such as TestRail, Jira, and Git to track defects, manage change, and provide clear visibility of progress and risk throughout UAT and go-live phases.
