Receive, greet, and attend to clients, patients, visitors, or suppliers.

Identify the reason for the visit and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Provide basic information about services, schedules, location, etc.

- Call and communication management

- Administration and office tasks (Manage mail; organize and file physical or digital documents, draft letters, simple reports, or basic documents.)

- Schedule and appointment management

- Billing and collections (in some cases)

- Check-in and check-out (register guest arrivals and departures, assign rooms, and hand over keys or cards; manage reservations, cancellations, or changes.)

- Coordinate courier, transportation, or cleaning services if required and support other departments with basic tasks
