As a freelance designer, I provide expert consulting services in both design and engineering, with a primary focus on industrial design and prototyping. Throughout this period, I have developed projects across various industries, including consumer products, medical and healthcare devices, and home appliances. I am highly proficient in a wide range of CAD software for both surfacing and engineering, ensuring precision and efficiency in my designs.

Additionally, I utilize Blender to create high-quality final renderings, bringing concepts to life with exceptional detail and realism.

As the Design Engineer, I oversee the quality and feasibility of design surfaces, ensuring they meet engineering standards. I offer early-stage insights to enhance designs and use computational tools to create intricate patterns. I establish standardized delivery processes and optimize CATIA integration for improved parametrization. Additionally, I specialize in engineering interior plastics components, focusing on dashboards, and utilize advanced prototyping techniques to ensure high-quality results. Contributed to the Ferrari SF21 and 2022 projects by designing a Forward Brake Duct experiment to meet the requirements of the electronics and aerodynamics teams. Additionally, participated in Brake-line design and conducted parametric studies for flexible tube envelopes.

Designed brackets for diverse suspension configurations, parts in composite materials, and molds for composite production. Also, oversaw the design and implementation of testing benches including Gearbox, wheel rotation, ovality, and pit stop gun calibration. On this role I was constantly using advanced CATIA modeling skills to solve complex engineering problems.
