retailers.
Warehouse Management System (WMS) — full receiving, put-away,
replenishment, picking and shipping flow; integrated with client ERPs.
Automated Forecast & Replenishment (F&R) — SKU-Store-level, demand
forecasting, automated replenishment, dynamic reorder logic, safety
stock, derived from lead-time variance, scenario modelling for growth and
seasonality.
I lead a small dev team and stay hands-on across requirements, data model,
SQL backend, integrations, and the KPI-dashboard layer (Tableau, Qlik, Power
BI).
The analytics layer — turning operational data into decision-ready dashboards
