Alejandro Ramos Melián

I provide training and consulting on branding, marketing, and innovation from Air Flow One, a digital agency focused on the Anglo-Saxon market, and I am part of Actimedia, a marketing studio in Miami where I work as a Social Media consultant. On the other hand, I have recently joined Gesplan to advise and create an improvement plan for about 400 Canary SMEs.

For two years, I have been writing a very cheerful and lighthearted blog in Canarias7, where I talk about the Internet and what happens in that environment through stories and fiction.

One of my great passions is connecting people. My project Hypergeek is about that, about bringing together people who want to do things. For this reason, I organize (among other events) the Hypergeek Meetings, Los Gloriosos 8, Hyperschool, Netfriends, #TheInfluentialDay, SuperHéroes (with Nemesys) and I have helped organize the Entrepreneur's Day throughout the Canary Islands (2017 and 2018). Furthermore, due to my connection with the entrepreneurial world, I was part of the AJE Las Palmas committee during 2017 and, for several months, I was Ambassador for International Relations of BNI Las Palmas, being responsible for connecting the 500 entrepreneurs in the region with the other 270,000 located in various areas around the world. Currently, I facilitate a networking group under the Neting platform.

Since 2018, I have been Director of the Consolídate project for the Lanzarote Chamber of Commerce, as well as one of the consultants, handling branding, web design, and marketing. I also performed this last task in the Emprende program of FULP and currently carry it out in the Emplea +35 program of the same entity.

On the other hand, I am a lecturer at EOI and Red.es, and I have been at IMEF, at MBA Business School, at Gran Canaria Moda Cálida, at the Canary Employment Service, through the AFS and ICSE centers, and at the Cabildo de Gran Canaria.
