Legal Counsel in the Banking & Finance department as part of the Project team within the desk Africa (team dedicated to African located projects): Drafting, review and negotiation of project contracts, joint ventures, PPA (physical and virtual), Corporate PPA, framework agreements, MoU and financing agreements, due diligence, legal structuring, particularly in the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors, advising on OHADA laws, ECOWAS and UEOMA regulations.

International legal counsel: legal support provided for the development of international projects, drafting and negotiation of project contracts (joint-venture agreements, concession contracts, O&M contracts, heads of terms, shareholder agreements). Legal assistance to the Group top management on regulations in cross-borders projects Legal counsel in charge of Keolis Côte d'Ivoire operations: overseeing the process of establishing the subsidiary, overseeing the subsidiary's legal secretariat, secretary general of the executive committee, negotiating contracts with partners and local advisors and the Ministry of Transport. Group contract manager ( responsible for and coordinator of contract management issues for the Group covering 14 countries internationally: monitoring commitments and KPIs, building and managing claims, defining, implementing and monitoring contract management plans, operational matrices (risks & opportunities, stakeholder mapping and stakeholder management plan (stakeholder management, RACI, validation and acceptance process for variations or deliverables with our counterparties), renegotiation of contractual documentation. Principal legal counsel dedicated to the legal support of the Group's financing and treasury department: negotiation of financing and guarantee contracts, negotiation of treasury and cash pool agreements, review of FBF agreements.

Jurist in project finance project finance/structured finance in the renewable energy sector (wind, solar, biomass, hydroelectric), analysis of DATA ROOMs, autonomous management of the drafting of post-production amendments, Legal monitoring applicable to energy sector. Analysis and review of credit documentation relating to energy projects financed by the bank. Monitoring and verification of land acquisition and building rights with the necessary administrative authorisations.
