Working with the Concept format project manager and the "Retail Lab" team stakeholders (VM, CX/UX designer, Retail designer, Customer journey leader) to adapt the customer flow from the "Blue Box concept" (up to 10,000 square meters) to new retail formats and concepts (local stores located in the city center, in the countryside, on the beach, in the ski resorts or in the train station).
- Creating a path and direction of travel to help customers find what they're looking for faster, adapting the customers' journey from large retail format to small formats (<1000 square meters)
- Allocating strategic touchpoint locations on the "sport ecosystem" floor map, adapting strategy to the customers' environment
- Adapting VM wall fixtures and garment presentations to smaller formats and streamlined offers
