My role involved optimizing advertising inventory management and programming campaigns directly on SSPs (Google Ad Manager, Triton, and Hawk). Building on my experience at Spotify, I helped Deezer gain perspective on the digital audio market and refine its strategies in the face of global competition dominated by multi-billion dollar companies.I also contributed to the creation of an innovative offer based on artificial intelligence, enabling brands to communicate effectively through personalized music content. This project, combining creativity and technology, opened new avenues for positioning Deezer as a differentiating player in the audio advertising market.In parallel, I collaborated with technical and commercial teams to develop qualitative campaign delivery techniques, benefiting both brands and users. My goal was to ensure an engaging advertising experience without compromising user experience.This assignment allowed me to understand the unique challenges of a French company operating in a highly competitive global market, while exploring relevant ways to position their commercial offering. Building on my experience at Vogz, I applied my knowledge to design a much smoother user journey, meeting brands' needs while drastically simplifying the process.My approach was to combine functional design and technological innovation. I recruited and collaborated with a UX/UI designer to completely rethink the user journey, while integrating an artificial intelligence capable of generating suggestions tailored to brands' needs. This AI saves valuable time during this crucial step, making the tool more intuitive and effective.Once the design was finalized, I oversaw the development by recruiting a dedicated developer and ensuring coordination between the various stakeholders. This redesign allowed Trustt to offer an optimized user experience and increase customer satisfaction, while strengthening the added value of their solution.This project allowed me to deepen my understanding of SaaS challenges in the UGC content space, while consolidating my expertise in project management, technological innovation, and the creation of impactful user experiences. It was a rewarding mission, perfectly aligned with my career path and my desire to democratize content creation for brands.
