Aissa Perfandie

I am a project management, marketing, and communication consultant, founder of OPTIMA.

I support companies, brands, franchises, associations, and local authorities in the design, structuring, and management of projects combining events, marketing, communication, and brand activation.

My background was built on the ground and through entrepreneurship. I created and managed associative projects and festivals, held partnership and public relations positions, managed event services, and today I am developing OPTIMA as a tool for ambitious projects.

Specifically, I am involved in:

• Strategic framing (objectives, concept, feasibility, budget),

• Project management from A to Z,

• Coordination of teams and service providers,

• Management of events and activations,

• Structuring of marketing and communication strategies,

• Implementation of team building and internal cohesion projects.

I work with both local structures and more established organizations, with the same standard: global vision, operational reliability, and dedication to results.
