After 6 exciting years as Head of Innovation and Development, it's time to return to my initial expertise: team consulting and support.

Synesia supports organizations by combining consulting and training to streamline operating methods, strengthen relational and behavioral skills, and improve digital usage—without neglecting human issues.

The goal: to address daily irritants (tensions, organizational ambiguity, poorly utilized tools, difficult collaboration...), which ultimately weigh on efficiency, motivation, and the work environment.

Our interventions are based on three pillars:
• Practical training on soft skills, management, and collaboration: communication, managerial posture, feedback, conflict management... with approaches like DISC to enhance mutual understanding and team dynamics.
• Organizational consulting to optimize operating methods: clarify roles, streamline processes, better distribute workload, with diagnostics and work sessions to develop concrete solutions with the teams.
• Practical support on digital tools: improve time management with Outlook, structure collaborative work with Teams, Planner, or Loop, make meetings more effective, or learn to use AI (Copilot, prompts, content summarization, automation...).
