I offer services in image analysis applied to microscopy and biological imaging, as well as in the production of publication-ready scientific figures.

With a PhD in microbiology (specializing in mycology), I developed expertise during my thesis in quantitative image analysis, signal processing (particularly using Python and FIJI/ImageJ), and scientific figure production.

Doctoral thesis on the role of secretion vesicles in hyphal elongation and virulence mechanisms of the phytopathogenic fungus Botrytis cinerea.
