I design educational vegetable gardens and orchards to help children and teenagers understand nature and its biological functioning, various vegetables, berries, edible flowers, herbs, and garden fauna. I conduct workshops on ecological gardening and permaculture.

I design low-maintenance food-producing ecosystems. Transform a wasteland or vacant lot into an orchard, a food forest, or a micro-forest. These eco-landscapes can be easily installed on communal plots (even small ones) to create biodiversity hotspots.

▸Health Facilities / Nursing Homes

I assist you in designing therapeutic gardens that improve the well-being of patients suffering from burnout or Alzheimer's disease. I create shared gardens designed as social spaces for meeting and strolling. Calming and meditative spaces that can support horticultural therapy or art therapy sessions.

▸Design and creation of a 1200 m² "curé's garden" (SketchUp, Photoshop). Inspired by old "curé's gardens" and English gardens. Orchard, vegetable patch, berries, mushroom cultivation, herbs, medicinal plants (simples), and ornamental plants are mixed.

▸Consulting and support for maintenance (ecological management, biological control, natural preparations) and the use of agro-ecological practices (composting, fertility, green manure, mulching, water management, biodiversity, insectary hedges, fruit tree care).

▸Online (website, social networks) and offline communication. Design of an educational booklet on ecological gardening presenting the approach and techniques of the gardeners at the Presbytère guest house.

▸Drafting of tender documents (DQE, BPU, CCTP...).
